Made an appointment but everyone seemed confused when I arrived. Worked with three different people who all seemed bothered to help. The first person who helped me seemed extremely out of it. I asked the a arrived. Worked with three different people who all seemed bothered to help. The first person who helped me seemed extremely out of it. I asked the avg MPG of a car and he couldn’t even find it on the sheet and I pointed out to him where it was. THEN in the second car I had to show him where to insert the key since he told me the car was push to start. 2nd person to help me immediately left me wandering the dealership when additional people showed up and were interested in more expensive cars. Then had to explain what I wanted for a 3rd time. This man was pleasant but the second sales man came back over and took over. Although I stated I was not in a rush to buy a car does NOT mean I don’t want my time valued. Would not recommend it was an extremely bizarre experience. More

Tyler is a great employee and deserves a promotion or at least a raise :) Exceptional customer service! The last 2 times we vacationed in the Glenwood Springs area, I received a Check Oil Level alert on my least a raise :) Exceptional customer service! The last 2 times we vacationed in the Glenwood Springs area, I received a Check Oil Level alert on my 2020 VW Jetta. Both times, Tyler was able to take a look at my car and complete an oil change service on very short notice, even though they were extremely busy. Thanks for the great service Tyler! More
