This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The sales team lacked knowledge of current deals, lied to us about what was available on the lot after we made an appointment and drove almost 3 hour The sales team lacked knowledge of current deals, lied to us about what was available on the lot after we made an appointment and drove almost 3 hours one way to drive/purchase a specific model, and left us waiting at the dealership (with our toddler) for 6 hours. They never once said "this is going to take a while. why don't you go get lunch?" The sales manager never introduced himself, even though we were sitting directly outside his office. We should have left but didn't have the will to do so because we had driven so far and waited so long. Plus, this dealer was the closest to us. They never told us when our payment would be due. In fact, one month after leaving the dealership with our car, VW Credit still had no record of our lease. After calling the dealership multiple times for information--and no one called us back despite leaving multiple messages--we finally gave up. Still not sure if/when we'll get information about our contract. I sure hope the dealership is planning to make our payments for us! Don't bother with this dealership - absolutely the worst experience. More

The worst service department I have ever worked with. They never ordered the parts for the service I scheduled five days prior. It takes two days according to them to get the parts. That left plenty of t They never ordered the parts for the service I scheduled five days prior. It takes two days according to them to get the parts. That left plenty of time to be prepared. Two separate customers while I was there had the exact same issue. Their excuse for each one of us was, they didn’t have our Vin numbers when we were scheduled for our service appointment. They have a third-party answering service schedule their service appointments. With the third-party service, I gave all the information including my Vin number to them. I also received an email with my Vin number attached to it, and a reminder from the actual dealership a day prior to my appointment that also had my Vin number attached. They provided to accommodation for their unpreparedness. I would NEVER recommend this service department to anyone. More
