Awesome Experience I went in looking to buy a vehicle and Alex (an Audi salesman) was there to help even though he could have made me wait for a VW salesperson. He was very professional before, during, and after the sale and still remains in contact making sure there is nothing else I need. Ronny and Bridget also worked very hard getting all the paperwork together for the loan and assuring I had the best possible rates I could. If you're looking to purchase I would definitely recommend this location! More

"Exceptional Experience" When I finally decided on which vehicles I wanted to test drive, I was recommended to Glenwood VW by a friend who had purchased a Passat from them. Af When I finally decided on which vehicles I wanted to test drive, I was recommended to Glenwood VW by a friend who had purchased a Passat from them. After sending them an email I was connected with Richard who promptly emailed me back and began the process. Richard was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I needed. After setting up an appointment with Richard, he spent the day with me test driving multiple vehicles and answering my questions. Richard was knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided honest answers to several of my concerns. As a dealer, he displayed a genuine helpfulness to get me into the right vehicle rather than whatever gave him a good sale. As I was transitioned from Richard to the finance department, I met with Bridgette who also provided me with exceptional customer service. She was understanding and willing to work with me on the numbers, and ended up getting me the best deal possible. Working with these two individuals ensured that I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family as well as continue to use them as my dealer/service department. We walked in just for a test drive to decide if we wanted a Jetta or a Passat. Due to their friendliness, professionalism and gentle pressure we decided to buy that day. Stay away from this dealership! They are pushy, over-priced, rude, and simply there to take advantage of their consumer. They breached my contract and when I told them they had breached the contr over-priced, rude, and simply there to take advantage of their consumer. They breached my contract and when I told them they had breached the contract, they threatened me. This dealership isn't afraid to use the bully tactic and I'd recommend going to a dealer who actually wants to satisfy their customer as opposed to cheating them. Overall: sneaky, manipulative, and greedy. More

I came to ElkMountainMotors to look for a new car. My Intention was to look for a VW Passat 2013 and when i meet Eric he told me about a VW Passat 2012. Reason why was because that Passat was cheaper tha Intention was to look for a VW Passat 2013 and when i meet Eric he told me about a VW Passat 2012. Reason why was because that Passat was cheaper than a brand new Passat and I liked that idea very much( I mean who wouldn't).... We took it for a Test Ride and I was very pleased with pretty much everything(including Eric of course).... We finalized the Deal with Chris from Financing and he was just great....!!!
