I started my search for a good used pickup via the internet, and since I had purchased a car at Glenn Auto Mall ( 2011 Hyundai) I began there. She answered my request immediately and continued to notify me of possible trucks. When I met her in person she was smiling and at once addressed my request ( and offered my wife and I something to drink). She has a great sense of humor but sticks to the task, and , very important, she's a good listener. If I had a car dealership I would hire her and give her a raise. When I find the need for another vehicle ( hopefully a few years removed) I will seek out Elena. It is obvious that Trevor is a professional. He had the numbers ready and ,although I would have liked the Nissan for less money, he was fair in considering my trade in and was firm when closing the deal. He, also, should be given a raise. They also gave me an extremely reasonable price on my trade in, even going over what the Kelly Blue Book value I had researched that I would get on my trade.
