I wasn't surprised, therefore, with the low-key professionalism of Brett and his colleagues in the Buick sales office. The sales transaction was conversational from beginning to end--very informative but not presented as a sales pitch. Brett understood my financial limits and was very patient in negotiating a mutually acceptable deal. I think we wrapped-up the whole thing in less than two hours. I have had 2 Infinitis since 2004 both purchased new in Louisville. when I saw this car show up on their internet site I called them and was put in touch with Scott. He immediately sent me a nice video via e-mail which was very informative and helpful. I then drove to Glenn Auto Mall and met with Scott and we discussed the car and I took it for a test drive. The car only had 7500 miles and was in excellent condition. After they made me a very good offer on my car and negotiated a fair price on the 2012 I drove to Louisville to discuss the deal with my wife . We drove back to Lexington that night so she could see it which she thought was a great car. I decided to make the deal and went back up 2 days later. After bringing the car home we noticed it needed some detailing at which time I called Trevor Perez whom I also met and talked to about the deal and he guaranteed they would take care of my concerns. I drove the car back to Lexington and they gave a loaner to me while they worked on mine. They were very helpful and did everything they said they would.do and they did.Being a UK grad it was great to deal with UK people. Elena was patient, yet she remained in contact with us for almost 3 weeks while we were trying to take care of everything. Not only did she come in on several of her days off to help us, but she stayed way past closing time one night in order for my husband and I to drive several cars. This was even as her male counterparts were closing the dealership and leaving her to do the lot closing by herself. Right then I made up my mind to buy from her.
