However, their new on-line appointment ap was terrible. Over the space of 2 days I tried to schedule an appointment 4 times. Each time, after taking all the information and identifying my car, it would not go to the actual scheduling page. I called the scheduling phone number 3 times, never got an answer. The on-line chat function promised a call back from service. In three days, it never came. I finally had to go in person to schedule the service. I would highly recommend their work. If you can get an appointment. More

She pulled up the prices and when I said I couldn’t afford both options since I’m unemployed, she understood and didn’t push it. I’ve been to many places where no matter the financial situation they still still push you by saying how necessary it is, putting me in an uncomfortable situation. Anyway I got a recall fixed and my check engine light was on when I went in but supposedly turned off before they checked on my car so the service was free! Service took about four hours, which was unsurprising due to the sheer amount of cars parked in the garage when I arrived at 10:30am. More

Faster than expected The service department was extremely busy, yet I was checked in quickly and given a completion time. After walking down the street for some shopping, The service department was extremely busy, yet I was checked in quickly and given a completion time. After walking down the street for some shopping, I was notified that my car was ready nearly 30 minutes earlier than the original estimate. I just wish that car washes were still available with service, however due to local restrictions that isn’t currently offered. More

Inadequate Shuttle Service The people and the work done were excellent. My only issue is that they only have drop off shuttle service which start 1.5 hours after you check in at The people and the work done were excellent. So not only do I have to wait 1.5 hours for the ride to work but then I have to find my own way back. This is the first time in 20 years that I've dealt with a dealership's service department that operates their shuttle service this way. More
