One follow up text from dealer the day before appt to confirm. Max S. from service dept gives me a call that morning with his actual ETA. He shows up right on time. Takes my car. Leaves me a loaner. Max S. gives me a call that afternoon to tell me service has been completed & gives me his ETA. Shows up right on time again. We switch cars. Everything is serviced perfectly and with a great car wash/detailing to boot. Easy breezy. THIS IS THE WAY car service should be. More

I used their online reservation system and specifically requested shuttle service. There earliest time available was 8am and so I assumed the shuttle service was available at that time, but learned when I got to the dealership that the shuttle service did not start until 9am. More

To me service is far more important than any other aspect of a dealership. As Hyundai owners over the course of ownership years, we spend far more time with service than anyone else in dealership. So I search for high quality service and Avo Minassian makes that happen! More

Not a great experience I was quoted a price for my dream car, and it was a price I could afford. When I got to the dealer, I was quoted a much higher price. We finally agreed to the original price I was quoted - for a different model. Then I was quoted a higher price (adding in tax) when it came time to sign the lease. When the manager came in to deal with the situation, he was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I spent a total of 5 hours at the dealership. Upon finally leaving, I could not start my car once I got home, because the dealership neglected to disarm the security function. More
