I don't know where to begin in expressing my thanks to Mr Ellis and his professional team over at Glendale Dodge. I have purchased two vehicles within the last year from them and both of my experience to Mr Ellis and his professional team over at Glendale Dodge. I have purchased two vehicles within the last year from them and both of my experiences were remarkable thanks to Michael Walden. He is the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I have ever come to meet. He is very genuine and understanding, taking all the pressure out of car buying. He quickly took note of what I was looking for and showed me my options. He went out of his way to ensure I got just the car I was looking for. Joe made all the paper work seem like a cinch and answered ALL of my questions. Soon enough I was on my way in my new car! You guys rock! I have never met a more caring team of people. THANK YOU!! All, Pros: Salesman(’s): Willingness to answer All, Pros: Salesman(’s): Willingness to answer questions. Knowledge of the brand and product. Appraiser remembered me from the first time All, Pros: Salesman(’s): Willingness to answer questions. Knowledge of the brand and product. Appraiser remembered me from the first time I drove into the dealership a year earlier. Friendliness. Service Shop Foreman, Robert Lopez personally met with me to go over some issues I was having with my 2006 Wrangler. (Turned out to just be a Jeep thing.) I felt my loyalty to the dealership service department, and the Jeep brand was rewarded during the purchase my new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Honesty of Finance Manager, Jeff Edelstein during the negotiation process. Also, his patience. Relative ease of purchase. (I came as an informed buyer, and was richly rewarded for the hard work put in on the front end researching and crunching numbers). Will buy from here again. Cons: Congested entrance to parking lot area. (Street parking is available, but I don’t want to park on the street.) Gas mileage of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. (Granted, I bought a V8 HEMI. I knew going into this gas mileage was going to be bad, but 10 mpg?! Really, Jeep?) I moved to CA in 2012 after having driven my 2006 Wrangler from MD. I couldn’t get an appointment at the LA Jeep dealership, but needed service for the Jeep. Being entirely new to the area, I used google.com/maps to find a nearby dealership that had an open appointment. They got me right in and out as I waited. The staff was very friendly and the process was easy. The dealership was 23 miles from my house though. My next service appointment, I next tried the downtown dealership for service. The experience was less than stellar, and I decided to always return to Glendale Jeep. A year later I was between buying a Lexus RX or staying in the Jeep family with a Grand Cherokee. My new wife’s two options for me. I decided to buy American. Tony Velazquez was very friendly and patient with me. The day I drove in to sell my vehicle, by happen stance, I was greeted by the used car appraiser. He was the same gentleman who I first met when coming to the dealership for the first time. The buying experience was an easy one, and I appreciated the staff taking care of me. Mr. Edelstein was very informative, taught me a thing or two I did not previously know about buying a car, and offered his services if I needed them regarding the warranty I had on my Wrangler. If you do your homework, and refuse to compromise on an intelligent and well thought out position, you will prevail. Respectfully, Francesco Columbu Howard More

3 weeks ago, I went to Glendale Chrysler to look at some Wranglers. While pulling into the lot, I was blocked from entering by a man crossing the parking lot drive (at the time I didn't know this was a dea Wranglers. While pulling into the lot, I was blocked from entering by a man crossing the parking lot drive (at the time I didn't know this was a dealer), and halfway across, he stopped, faced me, and looked my car up and down with a facial expression that screamed "you don't belong here". I parked my car next to the showroom near a group of dealers hanging out, and got out just to browse the selection and not looking to buy at the moment, but dealers aren't mind readers, they don't know this, so I expected to be approached. Nope. 30 minutes on their lot and no one. I mean, they were definitely there, but only at the showroom doors conversing and smoking, while some worked on selling cars to other families. I left hoping next time I visited looking to buy, I'd, at the very least, be greeted. 3 weeks later I was ready to buy. I entered the lot (which seemed busier than 3 weeks ago), no mean mugging guy, parked the car, got out, and started browsing. A dealer approached me almost immediately. He introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for. Keep in mind, this is my first new car buying experience. I expected to learn a few things, being that they sell cars everyday, and I buy cars never. My dealer found a Jeep I was looking for, and I test drove it (first ever). So far so good. Time to do paperwork. I filled out a loan application, and turns out I need a co-signer. Thats my problem, I'll deal with it. I told the dealer I'll go home and talk to my dad and see what I could do, in which he offered me the keys to take the Jeep home for the night (which is a smooth move on the dealers part). My dad was alright with co-signing, and the next day we both returned to seal the deal. I finally met the financer that was shopping for my loan, and by the end of the night, I was disgusted that any business, especially a car dealership, would hire AND pay this guy due to his lack of professionalism and condescending behavior. Keep in mind, when my dad and I entered the lot, it was 330pm on a saturday, and we started signing the title at 6pm (closing time). This guy obviously seemed in a hurry to get out, and because it took too long for me to "throw my cash" at him, he seemed to be taking it personally. If it wasn't for the dealer, I wouldnt have bought here. The dealer truely did everthing in his power to get me what I wanted. After signing, I was to wait for my new keys. My dad went to use the restroom and I entered the show room to wait. My dad and I were the only customers there at the time, and the place was apparently waiting on us. I found the financer talking to a group of dealers next to the main entrance. I over heard one of the dealers tell the financer to just go home, but the financer had to wait because he was still waiting on us (i was still waiting for my keys). A dealer asked how his daughter was doing, and he responded, "she's waiting at home for her dad to get off work." Like it's my fault I'm keeping him from his kid. What, is this guy new? He had to expect to be working after hours for the sake of a sale when he started his position at this dealership. I direct security at a mall in the area. If the tables were turned, and we were closing and I was about to go home, and he lost his car in the parking lot, or it needed a jump start, or his kid ran off and he lost sight of them, you better believe I'm going to be there as long as it takes to get the job done, and there is no profit on my behalf for doing so. But I buy a CAR and I'm the bad guy. Honestly, if this guy was my employee, representing my business in the way he had, he'd be looking for a new job the next day. Not even a handshake was given by him after the sale. Cowardice. My dealer was great. My financer should be working the sewers. More
I bought a used car there, i drove it 3 days and big problem. I bring the car back and they said that there is a transmission problem. They can fix it but I should pay $1400 (according to my insurance 5 problem. I bring the car back and they said that there is a transmission problem. They can fix it but I should pay $1400 (according to my insurance 50/50). I even didn't have the time to bring the car to the manufacturer to make a total check out of the car. I think they sold me a Lemon car. Back yourself with your lawyer. More
As a loyal customer of Glendale, having purchased two Town & Country Vans, I have given this dealership virtually all of my service. I bought an extended warranty, for "bumper to bumper" coverage. Rece Town & Country Vans, I have given this dealership virtually all of my service. I bought an extended warranty, for "bumper to bumper" coverage. Recently,I had a dispute with them over having to pay for parts, that were not on the "excluded parts list". I've made two attempts to get more information, but the service manager refuses to reply (one call, one letter). This is how they treat their loyal customers??? AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
This is the only place I will buy my cars from. I recently purchased a new Caravan from a salesman named Ron. Though I didn't have my heart set on a minivan, my wife and two sons got the dvd player a recently purchased a new Caravan from a salesman named Ron. Though I didn't have my heart set on a minivan, my wife and two sons got the dvd player and the safety they were looking for. What led me to comment was the fact that I was able to walk in and drive out with a vehicle without any hassles whatsoever. They had the van in stock, plus I was able to negotiate a fair deal in about 15 minutes. They delivered on everything they promised, and we were able to operate all the gadgets on the van by the time we left. Definitely a five star experience! I'm going back in July to get the '11 SRT8 Challenger, thanks again to Ron and Pablo and everyone at Glendale Dodge! More
