As always Paul Bautista and his service team showed me once again that they care about my concerns about my vehicles are are will to do their best to resolve them. This visit was for my Jeep Grand Cheroke once again that they care about my concerns about my vehicles are are will to do their best to resolve them. This visit was for my Jeep Grand Cherokee not my usual visit for my Ram 1500 RHO. Both vehicles are 2025 models, but this service department treats my vehicles like as if I just got them yesterday. My experience with Herbert as my service advisor was disappointing. There was very little customer service, and I didn’t feel like my loyalty as a customer mattered. The service department at this location has some very trustworthy people working there. My preferred and trusted service representative is Paul Bautista and he will ensure all you concerns, issues, and q trustworthy people working there. The issues with my truck are not due to their inability to perform repairs and services. My issues come from the manufacture defects on my vehicle. Trust in this service department is over the top and I highly recommend everyone to use this service center. More
