Sales staff needs to respond to walk in clients, even one like me, who just brought his new Jeep in for service. They percieve me as 'already recently sold' so are no enthusiastic to show me a new product li like me, who just brought his new Jeep in for service. I am actually considering it for my next car when my current lease is finished... Only 24 months away. Service staff is very busy, but need to acknowledge a client waiting in the drive for service. Just say 'hello and I'll be right with you as soon as I finish with my current client. No one wants to be ignored or unappreciated. More

Andy was great to work with. My backup camera had been malfunctioning, so I took it in to get serviced. While the part was unavailable in the dealership, Andy kept me up to date on the status, so I didn’t malfunctioning, so I took it in to get serviced.
