This place is awesome. First time I was here i had some state mandated repairs (thankfully free) that they finished like lightning in 1 day. I lost my key fob and had to get a new one which I was quoted 400 for (normal for the type of ignition i have). After waiting a hellish 5 hours for a tow truck to bring my car to the dealership on a Sunday (service closed) a sales manager helped to direct me to a form that could be dropped in a box to notify the service team and helped me to put my car in the correct place. The next day, they called me and let me know they had started the process. In a couple hours it was done and they sent me a message saying it would cost $464. Wait… $464?! I explained to Paul that i had been quoted $400 over the phone and put that the repairs should not exceed that amount on the form. Paul quickly responded with “I can take care of that for you buddy!” Next thing i hear is that he had found a coupon just for me and brought the cost down to $400.70. Wow, after 3 days of searching for a key, fighting to get a tow truck from AAA and speaking to several shady lock smiths, I really needed a break. I can’t thank Paul and the rest of the team at Glendale Dodge for their responsiveness, attitude and personal care. More

I would not trust anything they said, they bought my son's car, and found an issue, and now they decided not to pay, and claiming fraud against him, while telling me "we don't want the headache". My son came into the dealer with a sale price from their website, he then went to the dealer and they said they needed to do an "inspection" and after their inspection they lowered the sale price on the car. After my son decided that price was too low, he decided to leave, but they then agreed to a higher price, and he signed the paperwork and left the keys and the car,. Well two days after they bought it they call him telling the deal was off because of "frame damage" and accuse him of fraud, and refuse to pay for the car. They refuse to show pictures and an inspection report, and when we went to the dealership they refused to show us the damage or report unless we took the car from them that day. When we did not agree to that they asked us to leave threatening to call the police. We have already retained a lawyer and just want to warn the community against this dealer and their fraudulent practices. More
