I'm prepared when I approach a dealership about buying a used vehicle with extensive research, etc. Glendale had a very good asking price on the 2011 Durango Citadel they had listed on AutoTrader a buying a used vehicle with extensive research, etc. Glendale had a very good asking price on the 2011 Durango Citadel they had listed on AutoTrader and they even took another $1,000.00 off before I came to the dealership because of my membership in USAA. So going in I was satisfied with the selling price so it was just placing a value on my Trade and securing financing on my deal. I met with Jerry Kasten, who was very professional and personable, and after taking a few minuites to discuss the value of my trade we reached an agreed net price on the deal. I then moved over to Larry Stribin, Finance Manager, to secure financing. Larry was very professional and personable through our financing discussions and within a few minutes he had secured financing on the deal which I was very happy with. Also, the Service Area also assisted by installing Side Steps on the Citadel and they also where fantastic and very professional in my dealings with them. I would, without reservation, recommend Glendale Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, especially Jerry Kasten and Larry Stribin, to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Chrysler Product.
