Exceeding expectations I had been working with another Jeep dealership and had become so frustrated with the poor customer service that I turned to The Glendale dealership f I had been working with another Jeep dealership and had become so frustrated with the poor customer service that I turned to The Glendale dealership for assistance. I sent a message to Steve Hemenway searching for assistance and he called me back almost immediately even though it was after hours and he was at a Cardinal's game. In approximately 24 hours Steve had all the details worked out and I picked up my beautiful new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I knew from the first conversation with Steve that things were going to be better than what I had experienced at the other dealership but he blew me away.
