Great Buying Experience Zac Underwood did a tremendous job introducing my wife and me to the Grand Cherokee line and talking through all of the variations and options. He delivered a car to our home to test drive, giving us the time on our own to determine if the model was a fit. We decided on the Grand Cherokee Overland and although the color combination that we selected was not in the Glendale inventory, Zac was able to deliver the exact vehicle we wanted. We ended up with a 3 year lease and the pricing, paperwork, and final delivery of the new car were flawless. We'll be back in three years for our next car from Zac. More

We worked out a deal over the phone and I applied for credit online to be prepared for the next day. Sure enought it was there, exactly as we discussed.
