Larry in the finance office was very polite and welcoming even though they were busy and was about to get off work for night. I couldn't tell the difference whether or not I was his first customer or last, very polite and upfront. More

As a 25 year old woman, I have have purchased two new cars on my own and come from a family of car salesmen and finance managers -- needless to say, this wasn't my first rodeo. I was greeted by Rich "RW" Wiesner upon entering Glendale and was impressed with his knowledge, demeanor and overall honesty as a salesperson. He is the sole reason I am giving Glendale a 4 star review and if my experience in the finance office would not have been anything but infuriating, it would have been a 5 star. I would also like to note that I brought my father-in-law with me to the dealership and he, being a former finance manager, was appalled by the sales tactics we experienced. RW and another gentleman at the dealership are to thank for closing the deal with us. They apologized for what we experienced in the finance office and worked with us to accomplish the goals we had set for purchasing a vehicle. Although the experience ended up being a bigger hassle than expected; I would recommend RW and Glendale to friends and family that are looking to purchase a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram vehicle. More

Trade-in value $18,000 or $21,513 ? Sometime in the later part of June 2015. I originally bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 hard top convertible and had a good experience at Glendale Chrysler a Sometime in the later part of June 2015. I originally bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 hard top convertible and had a good experience at Glendale Chrysler and decided to trade it in for a 2012 Chrysler 200 4 door. The trade-in value offered by the sales manager was $18,000. I said that Kelly Blue Book quoted my car was worth around $21,000. He said he couldn't find it for that trade-in price at Kelly . I said thanks but no thanks and left. I went to Enterprise car sales (they have no haggle pricing) I found a 2014 Chysler 200 4dr S. I told them about Kelly Blue Book and they looked it up and said my car was worth $21,513. I took the deal. Who would you choose? More
