The showroom at Glendale Chrysler is a clean and professional building. My salesman at Glendale Chrysler was Alex Feltner. He provided me with excellent service and took several hours out of his day to educate and let me explore the vehicle through multiple test drives. On that specific day, I had absolutely no interest in actually purchasing a vehicle. I was simply trying to find financial numbers to calculate a new personal budget. However, after few negotiations, Alex was able to make me a lease offer that I simply could not refuse. I drove home my brand new Chrysler 200 C that same day. Mr. Feltner is a professional, charismatic salesman who I believe is a strong asset to the company. In the days following my purchase, he has made several attempts to contact me by phone to answer any questions that I may have with my new car or with the leasing process.
