Easy way to buy a car I don't think many people are excited to go through the car-buying process and I'm no different. I have taken my share of lumps from salespeople and I don't think many people are excited to go through the car-buying process and I'm no different. I have taken my share of lumps from salespeople and managers over the years but I have a friend and a sister that recently bought a Jeep from Glendale and they said it was not the same. They were so right! Brad went so out of his way to have a car available to test and although it was getting late he hung in there with me to make it all happen while answering all of my questions. By the end of the night I felt like I had a new friend. I would highly recommend doing business with Glendale and you can't do much better than buying a car from Brad McGrew! More
Really enjoyed buying a new car! I like to drive my cars until they're ancient history, and then I usually just go up to our neighborhood XYZ car dealer and grab something that looks I like to drive my cars until they're ancient history, and then I usually just go up to our neighborhood XYZ car dealer and grab something that looks serviceable (and still sporty). This time, I was less than impressed with the salesman, who didn't seem that interested in selling me a car, and the dealership, which had a ton of cars, and all of them were alike. We went a little farther afield to an upscale type of place and inquired about a car we were interested in seeing. That dealership told me, "Oh, yes, that's a GREAT car. We don't have any." I asked for a brochure so I could at least see if I was interested in pursuing it, and the receptionist told me I could find one online. I left, cash in hand. We drove down to Glendale on a whim, and it was a perfect fit. My salesman, Rob, was friendly without being pushy, really listened to what I was looking for, and found the perfect car right in their inventory. He made sure I got to see and test all the best features of the car. After that, it was easy to imagine myself behind the wheel on a permanent basis, and so it was the one that came home with me. I'm having a ball being a Dodge owner for the first time ever. More
