Customer service at its best My 2015 RAV 4 has been a joy to own. Unfortunately, the Radio/Nav system recently failed. I brought my RAV 4 into Glen Toyota for repair. I had the pl My 2015 RAV 4 has been a joy to own. Unfortunately, the Radio/Nav system recently failed. I brought my RAV 4 into Glen Toyota for repair. I had the pleasure of dealing with Assistant Service Manager Bill Hughes who suggested my radio probably needed only an update. It was later discovered that my radio would not accept the update and would have to be replaced. Bill Hughes told me that my vehicle was unfortunately 1 week out of warranty. However, Mr. Hughes told me he will try to get me a "Goodwill Warranty." A few days later, I received a call from Mr. Hughes saying that Toyota approved the goodwill warranty and that my radio/nav would be replaced free of charge. This was a very refreshing experience for me. I was shown courtesy that is unfortunately scarce. Dealing with Bill Hughes and the whole Glen Toyota staff has been a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend. More
