Rough start Everything went extremely well but with one oddity. When I attempted to make an appointment, I had gone through various prompts including to the serv Everything went extremely well but with one oddity. When I attempted to make an appointment, I had gone through various prompts including to the service center before getting one to actually make the appt. Many rings later I was prompted to leave a message. No one called back. Several hours later I tried again and again left a message and again no one called back. Two days later I was successful in getting a human and they had no clue as to why no one answered no less not calling back. Got the appointment and all went well from there but it remains a mystery. Almost had to go elsewhere. A big positive. Both sets of keys were failing. Instead of having to buy new ones at great expense, the service rep had the batteries replaced for 5 bucks each. Wonderful! Didn't know that was possible. More
