Rough start Everything went extremely well but with one oddity. When I attempted to make an appointment, I had gone through various prompts including to the serv Everything went extremely well but with one oddity. Many rings later I was prompted to leave a message. No one called back. Several hours later I tried again and again left a message and again no one called back. Two days later I was successful in getting a human and they had no clue as to why no one answered no less not calling back. Got the appointment and all went well from there but it remains a mystery. Almost had to go elsewhere. A big positive. Both sets of keys were failing. Instead of having to buy new ones at great expense, the service rep had the batteries replaced for 5 bucks each. Wonderful! Didn't know that was possible. More

OK if convenient Service center itself is fine. The male Service dept employees are not particularly friendly or helpful or polite. Always “too busy” and Somewhat pa Service center itself is fine. Never coming back, SCAM. I took my car in for an oil change, a rotation of tires and for them to clip my bumpers back on. The had my car for over two hours and when I finally I took my car in for an oil change, a rotation of tires and for them to clip my bumpers back on. The had my car for over two hours and when I finally had to demand it back so I could get to work on time they wouldn't give it to me. I literally had to walk into the shop and tell the mechanic to take it down. When I got it back they claimed they rotated the tires but didn't and they didn't clip my bumpers in though they charged me for all of this. To top it off the person "helping me", I believe her name was Nicole, was exceptionally rude. I have called multiple times to speak with a manager to get a refund for the services NOT done on my car and have never been called back. This place is a scam. More
