And, up until yesterday, I had a favorable opinion of Glen Toyota. Yesterday, I took my vehicle in for its 95,000 mile routine maintenance. I was later advised I needed a number of repairs which would cost approximately $1,300. I was aware my rear brakes needed to be replaced, but I was told by the service department that both front and rear needed replacing in addition to my front tires. I decided to get a second opinion because the front brakes were just done approximately a year and one-half ago. I would also have the other prospective issues looked into at my second consultation. In addition, the recommendations for new tires and brakes did not correlate to the Multipoint Inspection sheet, wherein, the aforementioned items were all noted to be "Checked and OK at this time". I did bring my vehicle elsewhere and was advised my front brakes were not in need of replacement, nor were there any issues with my front ball joint or calipers. Very dissappointed! More
