The people there are great The service center is very nice. My problem is Toyota pushing a garbage product called run/flat tires. I wasn't informed about their lack if reliabi The service center is very nice. My problem is Toyota pushing a garbage product called run/flat tires. I wasn't informed about their lack if reliability. They are garbage. Replaced all 4 so I don't have another problem. I had a blow out in July of 2017 when the car was 2 months old. The worst part was that it was a Saturday night at 10 PM. Nobody was available to help. Another blow out in September and the last on Nov 25th. Who ever heard of a tire that is only good for 20000 miles. Keep a car for 200000 miles and have to spend $15000 on tires????? Toyota should rethink the run/flat thing and equip the vehicles with spare tires. I'm not happy with my decision to buy a Toyota. More

Excellent Service ! Went above and beyond the call of duty ! My 2005 Tacoma (purchased from John (the sales manager) in 2006) went in for some regular maintenance and they recommended some additional important r My 2005 Tacoma (purchased from John (the sales manager) in 2006) went in for some regular maintenance and they recommended some additional important repairs. They took the time to show me what was needed and did the repair quickly and correctly. There was an unexpected problem that occurred with the brake booster after the regular repairs, and this is where they went above and beyond the call of duty. They fixed the brake booster without hesitating and test drove the car several times to be sure the brakes worked properly. I really appreciated their attention to detail, and how well they did the repairs. I've dealt with many of the service people there (Nicole, Ryan, Natalie and other) and they have all been excellent. This particular instance Jason (the service manager) stepped forward and took the lead on the important brake booster repair. He made sure to communicate with me to make sure I knew what was going on and when the repairs would be complete. Thanks to all the Toyota Service Team!! More

I was unsure of whether I wanted an LE or an SE, so the salesperson, Richard Morales, who was outstanding, brought both vehicles for me to check out and compare. After I decided on the SE we then negotiated price. I must say that the offer was exactly what Kelly Blue Book indicated as a fair selling price for the year and model. After agreeing to the purchase and making my payment, the car that I chose was taken to clean up so that it could be released to me in clean driving condition with a full tank of gas. At that time one of their personnel, Shaena, joined me and my wife in the vehicle to go over all of the electronic features and settings required to implement all of the safety and enjoyment features to make the ride a safe and pleasurable one. All in all, it was a formidable experience. More
