Hi Rob, Is it fine with you if you pay for elephant and get ant? If you are saying about positive experience than let me start again. At my first service, you forget to add washer fluid. I had to come back to you when I get sign to get it checked. When I come to you you add fluid, come back and tell me there was no problem. I thought it's fine it's not a big deal. Second time, you forget to add oil. I come to know when I got sign for it. I come back, you take my car. Come back after sometime and told me it was fine. I am pretty sure, you added oil but you didn't tell me that it was your problem. And yes, Every time you forget to reset maintenance light. I can't see any positive experience there. Now, talking about safe experience. When I came scared, Richard talked with me very badly and rudely. Is that a way to talk with woman? I was already scared and he scared me more. There is no positive or safe experience with you. And yes, You are also not updated as well. generally, If there is any recall, you should know before us but instead I have to inform you and you accepted after you talked with Toyota Customer care. Talking about loaner, You were not agree to provide loaner at the first place. After, so much arguing with you, you ready to provide smaller car, saying that you don't have any available.
