Thank you for your message. I brought my RAV4 Hybrid for a "Complete Maintenance Package" on ,Friday May 29, 2020 which includes"Rotate Tires". I had marked the front tires prior to the service. Unfortuna a "Complete Maintenance Package" on ,Friday May 29, 2020 which includes"Rotate Tires". I had marked the front tires prior to the service. Unfortunately, the Service Technician must had forgotten to rotate the tires when he performed the service. My car was returned with the front tires still located at the front. This created a question whether all services were performed as indicated on my receipt. Please check and respond. Very positive experience One of our cars was failing and we could not wait for coronavirus to disappear to buy a new one. I was terrified because I’m a high-risk person. I ha One of our cars was failing and we could not wait for coronavirus to disappear to buy a new one. I was terrified because I’m a high-risk person. I have also had some difficult experiences with car sales so when I went into this with trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales person, John, negotiated a fair and equitable deal with no nonsense or hidden charges. I expressed my concern about virus exposure, and the dealership really went to great lengths to keep everybody safe. We were in a large open space with huge long tables, far separated from one another. When we had to interact with the business manager at the end there was a plexiglass barrier set up. Everyone wore masks – including us. I was able to get the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted and needed. John assured us he would be available to help us if we had any questions about the technology in the car. All in all, it was a very positive experience with everybody trying to make the best of such a difficult situation is we humans find ourselves in at this place and time on this planet! More
