Went in for warranty and you broke my antenna. Ryan promised same day repair and no call from him or parts dept. ryan went home and I called and got Nick. He said come on over and would take a few mins promised same day repair and no call from him or parts dept. ryan went home and I called and got Nick. He said come on over and would take a few mins. An hour later my antenna fixed and I was gone. Appreciate owning up to breaking antenna and ultimately fixing but it took many calls from me. More
