Brought in for multipoint inspection oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $100 but the tire pressure is still low and I can tell they were NOT rotated. When I walked in, no one greeted me. No one even made eye contact as they walked by. I was waiting on line for a few minutes before having to ask someone for help. Oil change and wheel alignment almost took contact as they walked by. I was waiting on line for a few minutes before having to ask someone for help. Oil change and wheel alignment almost took 2 hours. When the work was done, the associate took the payment and handed me the paperwork. He informed me the car is ready. I go into the garage and it’s not there. I was standing around for exactly 20MINUTES!!! Literally 20minutes. No one even asked if I needed help. Finally I walked back and saw my ca behind another SUV. Another associate came over and asked if I needed help since I walked back there. I told him the camry is mine and he moved the SUV. He then called Jose multiple times who would not leave his conversation with another person.. It had to wiped down since it was wet Jose was talking to this other person over 10minutes and did not get me my car. I had to walk over and ask. Jose was talking to this other guy leaving the dealer. Poor experience as usual More
