Inspect your own car before being serviced since they do not. My service went fine with an oil change and they fixed the fuel injection recall. Unfortunately, I left with a new huge crack through my entire front windshield that was not there when I arrived. When I came back to show them, they said it was like that when I arrived which it was not. The crack is the entire length of window and something I would have seen (when I picked up my kids from school later that day, their first words was what happened to your window). It could have happened by the changing of temperature from outside to inside service center that caused something to happen or maybe there was ice on hood that caused the crack it when they opened it? Either way,, I don't know why we they do not inspect the car before hand when they are checking you in so I would not have to feel like I am being cheated and stuck with a broken windshield. I was also very surprised that they did not tell me about the crack being there and provide me a quote to fix it while I was waiting in the service area. The team is very nice, informative and do a good job with service but going forward I will be more mindful of inspecting my car myself when dropping it off and take pictures in case new scratches / dents appear while inside the shop since they don't do it. More
