KARAM KAMARA was my salesman, he gave the car with an empty gas tank. He said he was going to meet me in Monroe, NY to bring me the carpet for the car since they had to be ordered. He never did. "When I reminded him the model I purchased doesn't come with a spare tire, how couldhehad show it to me from my car?. He then added, " My manager ordered the fix a flat system because we found out the person that clean the car didn't put the system in your car, in a couple of days I'll call you and you will get it with the mats." The service department readdressed a problem on my 2004 4Runner that they had fixed before at tge service center. There was no charge and the service was excellent. A vehicle should be returned as clean or cleaner than when it was received by service. Other than that, the personnel who I dealt with were also excellent. More
