I leased my car on 08/11, broken on 09/01with airbag malfunction. They claimed that from water,proposed 800$ to be charged from the insurance within 3 days. No reimbursement for the cost of unused lease payed on full on time. unclear messages always . Internal troubles reflected negatively on the whole process. I am waiting for contact from higher customer service management since2 months. More

The experience was pleasant. Fast and easy. Everyone was great. Courteous, friendly and professional. Waiting time was reasonable. They even offered me a shuttle ride incase I couldn't wait.
