He explained everything so well and was very honest with me about services that i needed and didnt need at this time . The mechanic saw alot things wrong with the car and i almost fainted when i received the quote thru text message .after speaking with him I felt so much better! He did not take advantage of me or my lack of knowledge about mechanic work. He broke everything down for me and advised me of level of importance in the services recommended. I only did 4 out of 12 recommendations and saved alot money. Great honest professional employee and I wish every rep was like him. I Def will be seeing him for remainder of the work that is needed.
