I called to make an a appointment. The phone message system is in serious need of serviceing. Yes I had to leave a message requesting a call back. Yes I left a message and no call back for 24 hours. You system is in serious need of serviceing. Yes I had to leave a message requesting a call back. Yes I left a message and no call back for 24 hours. You may be busy but take care of the initial calls for appointment! Last time I needed service I wasn't able to get an appointment. I called Prestige on Rt 17 and had a appointment the next day. I hope things get better at Glen Toyota. More
Most of the time I bring a rewards certificate, it DOES NOT get applied to my bill, and I either have to wait longer for my bill to be completely redone, or this time I was told I would get a credit, but r NOT get applied to my bill, and I either have to wait longer for my bill to be completely redone, or this time I was told I would get a credit, but rather than credit the payment I just made, I have to now keep a piece of paper for the 6 months until my next service to get my rewards discount. Which, as experience suggests, will NOT be included again and will probably take me through this entire cycle once again. In short, I am starting to think your rewards program is BAIT AND SWITCH—entice with promises of discounts that either don’t get applied or prove more irritating to get applied than to just ignore. I may have to start looking into somewhere more honest to take my car. More
