I didn’t realize the recall maintenance was going to take more than I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and to have work done for a recall. I didn’t realize the recall maintenance was going to take more than a day and had a road trip planned- Eric was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation and let me choose the loaner car I wanted to drive and even helped me to move my belongings from my car into the loaner. He was very prompt with answering my texts and helped me to resolve a minor issue after the maintenance was done. He did not rush me even though the service center was very busy and was very thorough in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. More

Efficient and welcoming Service Center In December, 2018, I purchased a certified used Subaru Forester as well as an extended warranty that has a deductible. Within several weeks thereafter, two separate unexpected repair issues arose. I took the vehicle to Service immediately with each one. I was treated with respect and understanding of each situation. The repairs were assessed and completed satisfactorily but with each one I was advised that a charge was due. I was not willing to pay for a circumstance which I felt fell under the “certified” coverage, and each of the Service advisors sensed my displeasure with charges as well as was willing to look further into the reasoning. Appropriate phone calls were placed on my behalf, and removal of the charges was achieved through their presenting my views. I was most appreciative of their follow-through. More
