It was so comforting knowing that my car was in such proficient hands and was constantly notified as to any updates regarding changes in status of my vehicle, which is unheard of at most dealerships. Dana Goodman kept be abreast of every notification he had received regarding my Impreza, always keeping me in the loop and never leaving me in the dark - I cannot tell you how fantastic it felt to receive this level of customer care, its unheard of in todays typical dealerships.
