I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and had a wonderful experience with Glanzmann Subaru. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic an appointment was required to test drive a car. The dealership promptly rea wonderful experience with Glanzmann Subaru. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic an appointment was required to test drive a car. The dealership promptly reached out to me and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with a sales person. Lauren and Becky made the car buying process easy and efficient. I went to Glanzmann knowing exactly what I wanted. Jake and Keith were very easy to work with and they made me feel comfortable with the experience. Generally speaking I abhor car shopping because the way and Keith were very easy to work with and they made me feel comfortable with the experience. Generally speaking I abhor car shopping because the way it eats up time. Not so at Glanzmann, I explained that I had little patience for the song and dance you get at most dealers. Jake and Keith proved that there is a better way to do business, they were great. In truth, I had a better price from another dealer but their "bedside manner" put me off. You do feel like you're being welcomed into a new family at Glanzmann, I don't regret my choice. More

This is our third Subaru from Glanzmann and I can never imagine us looking elsewhere to purchase a new Subaru. Many thanks to Ken Baumbach for his knowledge and extreme patience explaining everything about the new car. Also thanks to Julie, Warren and Rebecca for their assistance with this purchase. On top of everything and great to work with Glanzmann Subaru was extremely prepared and professional when it came helping me find the right car during these coronavirus times. The sales floor wa Glanzmann Subaru was extremely prepared and professional when it came helping me find the right car during these coronavirus times. The sales floor was setup so people could be distanced, shields in place, and other appropriate precautions. Cee Keo was my sales associate and he was excellent. I never felt pressured by him to purchase a car, but instead felt he wanted to make sure they had the right car for my particular situation and needs. Once I decided to purchase the car, I needed it ready very quickly for an upcoming trip. Cee took care of everything and helped ensure I had the car in time. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. More
Not enough Answers except its a NO HAGGLE PRICE. Hello Glanzmann Team! My wife & I have been researching cars since June and decided the Subaru Ascent Touring was the car we wanted. My wife contac Hello Glanzmann Team! My wife & I have been researching cars since June and decided the Subaru Ascent Touring was the car we wanted. My wife contacted your dealership when we first starting looking in June and your tracking system had us linked to a particular sales rep. Since that point in time we honed in on the Touring model and I made an inquiry about the White CPO 2020 with 4K miles on your lot. I spoke to Julie and tried to move forward with her but was passed on to Jessica Hood- Internet Sales Manager. I didn't mind as a matter of fact I was impressed the separate electronic inquiries from my wife and I were linked after inquires 4 weeks apart. In any case Jessica Hood gathered the information and emailed me answers to all my questions. Then when all of my questions were answered I tried to move on to pricing. Jessica said $43K is a- No Haggle price- Mr. Glannzmann checks weekly in a 300 mile radius to price cars accordingly. I noted the car was priced at $40,850 just 4 weeks earlier. Jessica was steadfast in her position the car is priced at $43K. I asked if she would bring my request to the Sales Manager and she replied they would say the same thing. I said so let’s just have the sales manager call me because I don’t understand how the price went up $2,150 in a month because that is the competitive price in the marketplace. I asked Jessica, why would a price point of $40,850 be acceptable 4 weeks earlier but not now. The unit is a month longer on your lot and you’re pricing it above what you would accept 4 weeks earlier. Damon a sales manager called and reiterated the same points. He also could not explain why the price had gone up. I also referenced the “story” Jessica told me about ownership checking within a 300 mile radius and set the vehicle pricing to be competitive. I noted several CPO and New 2020 Subaru Ascents that were lower in price. Of course, Damon reverted back to the line this is our No Haggle price! He went on to say that the car 4 weeks ago was priced accordingly because of the COVID-19 situation. This explanation doesn’t hold water either. We are still in a COVID-19 situation and a perfect example of NO change is the fact that your dealership is still promoting internet sales and on-site sales by appointment only. I question a few things here. Why was the price raised? Why wouldn’t a price that was in place when my wife first made contact with your dealership back in June isn’t still considered? Why is COVID-19 restriction still in place but things have changed enough, according to Damon, to raise the price on the vehicle $2,150 in 4 weeks. As I told Damon, I have very good credit and I would make the deal today if he would honor the price your dealership would accept 4 weeks earlier but he would not. Someone is going to get my business within the next 2 weeks and it could’ve been your dealership. Now let’s add to the mystery, the car is no longer listed on CarGurus where it shows a price history, but it is on your website and on cars.com both of which don’t provide the history. All in all, you asked for feedback and opinions to make your operation better. If you are serious about this, then educate your sales reps. Give them a narrative to answer questions rather than just saying this is the NO HAGGLE price. It just reinforces the stereotype of car salespeople. The reality is if it is truly a No haggle price then why have sales people or sales managers at all. Their job is redundant. You’d be better off hiring lot people to usher people to and from cars they want to look at. Investing in Finance people and clerks to file paperwork is where personnel money should go because what is the purpose of sales if they have no true ability to deal with prospective buyers. As of this writing, there are several used- CPO 2020 Subaru Ascent Touring on CarGurus within a 200 mile radius that are priced below your unit at $43K. In fact, there are 9 NEW Ascent Touring models listed by your competitor in Glen Mills, PA for under the $43K you are asking for your CPO 2020. They have the advantage of the 0% for 63 months too! I believe the team that I interacted with fell short of the Glanzmann Subaru Promise. Regards, Carlos Aponte. More
