My first impression was terrible. I was placed with an aggressive salesman who tried to pressure me into buying a car I had never seen or driven. Despite him giving me the evil eye both times I returned to work with another salesman, I chose not to give him an individual review on here. I know car salesmen need to eat too, but he is what prevented me from giving the dealership 5 stars. The prices quoted were fair, so after visiting other dealerships it made me give them another chance. I was placed with Erick who was fantastic. Erick provided me with the information I needed to make the best decision for me. The vehicle I chose ended up having more than I expected to get in this vehicle, but the numbers worked for me, and I actually ended up saving on my insurance rates due to the safety features. I'm glad I returned to Glanzmann, but I wish my experience had only been with Erick so I could have avoided the distrust which unfortunately I'll carry with me about car salesmen. More

Just leased my second car thru Glanzmann and it was even easier than the first time.
