Ken Baumbach was so knowledgeable and patient with. He spent over an hour just going over all the functions in the car and then offered a followup to go over any later questions I might have. I had a wonderful experience leasing our 2021 Forrester from Glanzmann. Keith was also very helpful in the few discussions we had. On the day I went in, Randy met us and gave us a comprehensive tour of our new car. He went the extra step in helping us acclimate to the new car and ensuring that our current car was ready for trade-in. We signed all of the paperwork in a safe conference room, and had a pleasant experience there with Alex. Finally, Glanzmann has adapted to the pandemic and created a very safe environment for customers. No issues at all there. Highly recommended! More

I called Jessica Hood after many emails back and forth to discuss my options to upgrade my Forrester with a new lease. In addition, I expressed my concern about having exceeded my mileage. In my email, I provided all the necessary information requested by Jessica. When we spoke she was very evasive, and cold. I regurgitated my email to Jessica, as well as expressing my disappointment with my current lease (The car I was coming in to purchase was sold minutes prior to my arrival, as well as the current car not having Lane Departure, which was expressed to Jessica, as well as the Sales Manager.) He later apologized and told me he missed my request. I was shocked to receive an email, the same day I spoke with Jessica, expressing how she knows my lease is up in June, and I have no need to rush, but this was a friendly reminder. This was very odd since I had just told her I would be in within the first two weeks of the new year. As a LOYAL customer, who has leased 3 cars with you, I do not feel valued, and I am certainly exploring my options with other dealerships. More
