Have been using their service department ever since moving to Philly (some 4-1/2 years) and have never had any problems with them. They are attentive, knowledgable and courteous. Phil was knowledgeable, patient and helpful when my wife and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. Chris was awesome during my Outback's service and inspection. When dropping off my car I accidentally left my key in the wrong spot, which resulted in a delay getting the service started.
