Liz Gross, my product specialist, was knowledge about the car I was interested in and quick to respond to my follow up emails. Finally, the 5 minutes it took to sign the paperwork in the F&I office without being upsold on packages I was going to say no to anyway was a breath of fresh air. I couldn't believe how quick it was!
