Randy Jennings is a great, respectable salesperson. Unfortunately, the sales manager who is currently there was very unprofessional in his interaction with us. Basically, he walked out of the office to just state there is nothing more he can do. This would have been my fourth car from Glanzmann. Just because you have a shortage does not give you the right to dismiss your customers. I have worked with Vince and Mr. Glanzmann himself, may he Rest In Peace. I keep going back because of the excellent service we normally get. But this time, it was not so. He was very rude and dismissive in his tone. I just walked away. More

The operation is exceptional, from the receptionist, to our sales person (Liz Gross), to her manager (Keith), to the financial manager ( Warren). All of the employees my wife and I encountered are true professionals, who quite obviously are extremely familiar with their product (Subaru), taking as much time as needed to learn about our needs and wants, making us feel that that really do care to please us, and are willing to offer us what we need, far more than just wanting to create a quick sale. When it came time for Liz to educate us about the operation of our new Forester, she provided an extremely smooth, succinct, and complete overview, giving us as much time as needed, but with the full understanding that she or others would be available to fill in any gaps in out knowledge, as well as providing us with all the sources possbile to aid us in the complexities of this vehicle.
