Dan is truly customer service at its best. My vehicles was there from another dealer after it was diagnosed to need a $10,000 dollar transmission. I went there met Dan and explained the situation. He took was there from another dealer after it was diagnosed to need a $10,000 dollar transmission. I went there met Dan and explained the situation. He took my car and re-diagnosed and when completed had some coils and ignitor assembly replaced. He took his time to analyze and ensure the car was repaired properly. His continued contact during this process gave me a real feel of customer support. With this replaced I also had other items repaired there as well. Dan has gained a customer for life. Will continue to go back for inspections and all repairs necessary. Thanks Dan for everything. Fyi if I could give more then 5 I would. More
Kyle was my service advisor, he was very professional even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash went off a block before I pulled up into the shop. My problem was the engine light, brake light, cruise control light, and traction control light kept coming on and staying on for days. Kyle kept me updated with things they where looking into, not taking down, put explaining things to me.for four weeks. At the end it was the Oil Control Vale that was replaced. And the overall cost was not to bad. I would take my car back to Kyle and the mechanic he works with. If you want someone to work with you to locate the problem…. Absolute disappointment about how the communications are handled. My phone calls, messages, and email are simply ignored. Found a nice Certified Preowned at this dealership and made appointment. Salesman was actually very professional. No haggle policy at this dealership.
