Upon arrival, the car was pulled up and ready to go, and our salesman George Shaffer was waiting for us. Once we decided on the car, the buying process was very quick and easy. The no haggle pricing makes things much quicker than having to negotiate for hours to save some cash. No hard sell on the extra stuff (extended warranties, paint treatments, etc) during the finance process was also greatly appreciated. Overall great experience all around. Happy with the dealership and our new Subaru. More

So easy! I searched Subaru's for a couple of weeks on line so that when I saw what would become my car I knew it was a good deal. I requested availablity on line and received confirmation within minutes and a follow-up call from the internet consultant. I then spoke with Steve Horn who was immediately easy to talk to and full of information. He informed me of this dealership's "no haggle" pricing for which I was grateful. Steve met me when I arrived and saw me through from hesitant inquiry, to comparison shopping, test driveing, financing and eventually a comfortable training session before I rode away in my new (used) car. Both he and the finance officer stayed late so I could drive my car home the same day. This car buying experience was as easy and pleasant as a big purchase can be. I would recommend to anyone! More

Eight years later and adding a second Subaru to my driveway I'll continue to service both cars there. Service has always been fast, through and clearly explained beforehand. My last two service visits were handled by Dan Geist, he's one of the first members of the service department I dealt with years ago and continues to take care of my car's service requirements. When either of my cars requires service, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Glanzmann Service. More

Buying my Forester and Service I bought my 2016 Forester last June. It was a pleasant experience and the exact color I wanted was right on the lot. My salesman, Nick, was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester. He showed me everything and reviewed all the details. He was helpful in coming up with a fair deal as well as the finance manager. I bought my Forester at the price I could afford. I was not stressed at all. As for service. I love the 24/7 on line ability to schedule my service. On 7/18/2017 I brought my car in for inspection and the 12,000 mile service. The new service center was easy to maneuver. I didn't know I could pull right up. When I walked in I was greeted by Eric Wilson. He reviewed what I scheduled and informed me my state inspection is free for the life of my car. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not wait for my car but told Eric to just call when it's done. I asked that the mechanic ook at my bumper as I had cracked it. I went to the waiting area to check it out. It was so nice and spacoius. The coffee/tea/water bar with snacks was well stocked. The private cubicles are a nice touch for those that have work to do. Eric called me and since I was in a meeting, he left a voice message and then sent a text telling me my car was done. When I arrived, Eric went over the 12,00 mile check, my PA inspection as well as emissions. The mechanic Rich V. couldn't fix my bumper as it requires body work but Eric gave me the names of the body shops that they do business with. I love that Rich is factory trained to fix Subaru and only Subaru parts and synthetic oil are used. Eric ran my car through the car wash before turning it over to me. That was so thoughtful of him. The whole experience was so easy and no stress. I will only take my car to Glanzmann. More
