I called and spoke to George Shaffer at Glanzman Subaru who confirmed they were both still available. I test drove both and chose one that better fit my needs. I was given a fair trade-in value for my old car and George was able to work with me on getting the monthly payments down closer to what I was looking for. Every question answered and throughly explained Today and always in the past Geist patiently answered all my questions. He patiently explained and demonstrated issues regarding my brakes and rotors. Very Pleasant Experience I had quite a pleasant experience at Glanzmann Subaru. My experience started with test driving with Frances. She was great and spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood all the features the car had to offer. She was able to answer all our questions regarding the car, and provide us with information we didn't even think to ask. I also had a chance to work with George, who also was great. I would just like to note that we mixed up the times the store was closed; we thought it closed at 9:00, when instead it closed at 8. We arrived around 7:30 and George did not rush us at all. He even stayed late in order to answer all of our questions and take his time explaining everything to us. When I picked up the car, Frances was wonderful in helping again. These two employees truly made this a great and painless experience. More
