Eric was great and kept me posted along the way. I was able to work remotely from the waiting area because they had strong internet access and work stations, so I didn't have to take time off work for this appointment. Service issue was completed and they even sent my car through the car wash. The service department seems like a well-oiled machine and I was extremely happy with my experience. More

Once again, it was a terrific experience every step of the way, starting with my sales consultant, Vince Hendri. Polite, low key, attentive, zero pressure, exceptionally thorough - very professional in every way. He worked with me to help me meet my needs with regards to lease terms and monthly payment, explained every aspect of my deal and every cost involved, negotiated fairly and honestly. Like my past two purchases, it was pleasant and uneventful - no drama or tension or stress. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Glanzmann which is why I always take my cars there for service, even for inspections.
