Straight forward and easy I would say 99% of my experience at Glanzmann was great. The sales rep, Alex, was straight forward and delivered no pressure when showing us cars. This would have been my 9th car purchase so I have dealt with multiple car dealerships in my time. My experience with your staff ranks at the top of this list. Everyone did their jobs very efficiently. When I arrived, I made it clear what time I need to leave and the staff made sure I done on time. The only delay occurred during the processing of my credit application with American Heritage. Apparently, their system did not recognize that I was a member of the credit union which required a conversation with them to clear up.
