Ben cares about Customer Service- Great Follow-up I lost my 2008 Ford Ranger 5042 miles shy of 300,000 in a crash on Dec 13. I had wanted a new one, after years of waiting for the Ranger's comeback, j I lost my 2008 Ford Ranger 5042 miles shy of 300,000 in a crash on Dec 13. I had wanted a new one, after years of waiting for the Ranger's comeback, just wished under different circumstances. I built a 2019 Ranger online, hit the search button, and Gjovick Ford had what I was looking for except for three extras. They had the best price out of three dealerships with the truck I wanted and purchased it Dec. 21. Ben Panock was very pleasant to work with while ordering the extras: running boards, sprayed in bed liner, and 2020 style Ranger mud flaps. He made sure the 2020 mud flaps would fit the 2019 Ranger, and that I was aware of the approx 3 week time frame it may take to get the work done, since the bed liner vendor was backed up through the holidays. It worked out well, since I was out of town while the work was being done. Ben followed up frequently keeping me posted on what was completed while I was away. The extras were done on time and Ben even took the time to pick me up from Enterprise! Lou M. (financing) was also very helpful in crunching numbers to get the payment within my budget. Ben spent time showing me all the new "bells and whistles" and I drove away in my new Ranger on Jan. 10. Still catching up on 11 years of technology, but really love the remote start, driver assist features, back up camera, and heated seats. Handled well in the snow with 4 wheel drive too. Very happy so far with overall experience. More

The Service staff have been very gracious and professional. With my investment in my F250, I only want Ford certified technicians working on it even if that means it costs a little bit more. Although, their prices have been very reasonable. They know the product inside out and have direct access to Fords Engineering staff if something does go wrong. The dealers Service Department is my go-to place for maintenance and repairs. More
