Went to Gjovik Ford 05/17/2024 to purchase my car and was met by my salesman that was going to sell it to me.Nice gentleman! Went with me for a test ride, sold! Went into start the paperwork which he explained to me...blah blah blah Went into financing and the gentleman had it all done! After looking over the expense list noticed three charges on the tally sheet. When I questioned him on it he said it standard for sales and when I asked it to be explained to me he prompted the sale agent. After he explained what they were all for it turned out to be an add on expenses in which increases income for the sales person... them three additions were removed. After the sale we find that a 2021 car doesn't come with a owners manual and not buying a car from a dealership in 18 years and todays technology, I should have one! Contacted my salesman about getting one, he said he would talk to his manager about getting one. Didn't hear back called again to speak to manager (Matt) left a message never got a call back! The next call my boyfriend called the salesman left a message. Which was returned, he was asked to get a message to manager (Matt) to call him back...days later he called him back and said he would get that manual.After one month of waiting for it's arrival the wait was over! Called salesman about the amount of time it has taken for it's arrival....he agreed and said he would talk to his manager (Matt) and call me back...no call back! I called left a message with manager (Matt) to call me back...nothing 07/22/24

I’ve been dealing with this dealer for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. While it’s been over 12 years since I purchased a car, and all the personnel have changed, it’s still has the same customer care philosophy and a great knowledgeable staff. They seem to always put the customer first.

On their website they listed a brand new Ford Bronco with the price. We get to the dealership and the price is $2100 more then the listing, salesmen said they ceramic coated the paint and it included an interior warranty. We said we don’t want either, just the price on the website. Salesman said “l have to charge you for the ceramic coating since it was already done, if you don’t want it you can pick out a different Bronco.” Real professional right! They finally deducted $500 for the “interior warranty” but not the ceramic. What a sneaky way to make more money!! Sad, very sad.
