Best dealer and service for automobiles by far We had bought our 2016 Ford F150 truck at Gjovic Ford through Terry before. Mostly great experience, couple disappointments. I thought Gjovik Ford had a great deal of trucks to choose from (more than any other dealership I had called). I felt my salesman, Alex Lemke, was aw I thought Gjovik Ford had a great deal of trucks to choose from (more than any other dealership I had called). I felt my salesman, Alex Lemke, was awesome. He was very knowledgable about the trucks. He really took the time and helped me understand the differences in the couple of trucks that I narrowed my choices down to. I was very happy with my selection. After purchase he helped me learn the features inside the truck. That was very helpful to me! The only part that I was disappointed in was that when I got my truck home it had not been washed and there was mud caked in the wheel wells and a light layer of surface dust on the entire truck. I also noticed a dent in the driver's side door and 2 scratches on the truck. One of the back bed door of the truck and one on the passenger door (at the bottom) that had gone all the way through the paint. I felt that should have all been taken care of prior to leaving the dealership, especially since I did not take the car the day of the sale. I picked it up 3 days later. Additionally, I gave a few hour notice prior to picking it up. Ample time to at least wash it. When I called, Alex was extremely accommodating and said they would fix all the issues. I was very happy about that. I just felt that when you spend so much on a truck...it should have been in perfect condition before it left the dealership. I would still recommend the dealership to friends. I would highly recommend Alex. I will be bringing the truck in, when I have a chance, to see how they will proceed with fixing the dent and scratches. I have already told some friends about the extensive selection of vehicles that Gjovik has and how everyone I met was extremely friendly and accommodating. More
