Impressed how the whole dealership worked together as a team with the one goal of making me a happy and totally satisfied customer. They achieved their goal. The sales staff backed up each other in a sea team with the one goal of making me a happy and totally satisfied customer. They achieved their goal. The sales staff backed up each other in a seamless fashion to accomplish the sale in a timely, thorough and efficient manner. I have more than fifty year in the workplace, including sales, and have never been more impressed. Kerry Greene is truely a professional salesperson. The owner of the dealership wasn't hiding out in some back room, but was present on the floor, and chatted with me to satisfy himself that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I had no idea that he was the owner or even part of the staff. We started making small talk and I mentioned what a dummy I was, because even though Kerry had reminded me to check that my CDs and other belongings had been removed from my trade-in, I forgot my favorate CD still in the player. A minute or two after we parted ways, a person returned the CD to me. I said it was my favorate CD and I thought it was gone. The person said that if it had been gone, that the dealership would replace it for me. Wow! Kerry went over my new car with me from stem to stern, knowing when I was interested and when to back off. In the end, this was a no-stress enjoyable transaction, although my deal was so good that I feel a little bit like a thief. More
Lately the service that I have had done there at girard has been subpar. The people are great but the quality of work has been the service that has been poor. Mike the service manger has done a great job of making sure things get corrected, this is probably the only reason I have contunued to service both cars there. More

David took us out for a test drive and put me through the paces driving in the rain and tested my driving capabilities. The car handled well and I really enjoyed driving it. The car I chose was not the car I went there to look for but I changed my mind and I believe David had something to do with that change. A little over a week later we returned and bought a 2008 328XI.I have not driven that car yet ... but my husband is in love with the car. David Morgan was once again our salesman and on top of his game! He knows much and he has respect for people and is patient and friendly! He should get a raise! On the down side it took a long time waiting to get things done in order to buy a car and take it home. I did not get any gas for my car and needed to get gas on my way home. I don't know if my husband got gas for his as it was a certified and David said certified cars get full tanks of gas included. More

Overall it was a good experience to buy a new car in Girard Toyato. I felt it is much better than last year when I lease a car there. It will be better if Toyata adds 10year / 100,000 miles warranty. The sales person gave me incorrect specification data about the car (on one of the most critical pieces of information on which i made my decision to buy the car). I asked for something in return to com about the car (on one of the most critical pieces of information on which i made my decision to buy the car). I asked for something in return to compensate me for the added expense of their mistake and I was offered nothing. In addition, it took days to get a response to my emails and phone calls. I guess I can live with the fact that I'm going to get nailed with higher expenses because of their mistake, but to wait days for someone to respond to my requests is infuriating and the height of bad customer service. No one greeted for service, car sat for one hour done, maintenance light not reset, trash left in vehicle, call that vehicle was ready for pick-up and it was never dropped off, rude and unhelpful staff. maintenance light not reset, trash left in vehicle, call that vehicle was ready for pick-up and it was never dropped off, rude and unhelpful staff. The experience with Girard was superb starting from my very first contact via the internet with Kerry. In addition, when we picked the car up Kerry was extremely thorough with going over all the features of the car. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend someone to Girard. More
I continue to bring my car to the dealer because they are always very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that they ask what number to reach you at during the day but they never call that number always very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that they ask what number to reach you at during the day but they never call that number. I always find messages later on my home machine. I also get automated messages 24 hours after I've picked up my car saying the service is complete and I can come pick up my car. Finally, this time I really enjoyed the fact that they had cleaned my car. Unfortunately, I was also missing a few dollars out of my change holder. More
I was mostly pleased with my recent experience with this Toyota dealership's service department. I had taken my car to Charles Toyota in Norwich because I work in Norwich and it's convenient but I had to Toyota dealership's service department. I had taken my car to Charles Toyota in Norwich because I work in Norwich and it's convenient but I had to take my car to them 3 times before they found the reason to the noise in my engine, that being the Intake Manifold. They quoted me a price. I then took my car to Girard Toyota and they gave me a free estimate and the quote was $250 less than Charles Toyota! That's a very big difference obviously. I was a little disappointed though that I had called the service department the day after I took my car there and spoke to the gentleman who checked my car in for the estimate, and told him I forgot to give him a coupon for 15% off of any service (that I had received in the mail) and I asked him if I could still use it. He told me I couldn't use it because he had already reduced the price of the labor so much and he told me to save it and use it the next time I'm there but the coupon expires this month so obviously I won't be able to use it. I don't remember his name but he was very helpful and friendly when he checked my car in and he assured me that it would be no problem to get a rental car when I brought my car back for the service. The other things that should be noted, however, is that when I first arrived at Girard Toyota and went through the door to the desk (just outside the waiting area) there was no one at the desk and there was a customer sitting in a chair who told me I had to go outside (in the bay area where the cars pull in) to "check-in" for service. So I don't know if the person was just away from the desk temporarily or not. Regardless, it would've been nice to have a sign on the desk that said to go out to the bay area to check in. Another thing about their service department that I noticed is that it seems everyone there is a smoker. Every time I had to go out to the bay area to ask a question or get my car..there was always someone smoking a cigarette or a group of people smoking. So they would put out their cigarette (male or female) and approach me with a srong scent of smoke on them. That was a little unpleasant. It should also be mentioned though that the waiting area is beautiful, it had the comfortable atmosphere of a lobby in a nice hotel. More
