I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told my battery needed to be replaced so. Bought a new one. I have never had a problem with service here so I didn't check the work , my mistake. I had issues with the coupon which service manager Jose sorted..25.07.23 the next day. That weekend in ATX I opened the hood the bracket holding battery in place corroded. They had not cleaned this work was not complete. Time to find a new service centre 5 years was a good run and my service advisors were always good but I need the work done well, and if they don't have the tools (a coke would have cleaned.)or will to properly it's time to move on More

Service Department is really really good. They check my records and recommend the proper levels of service. I chose Gillman Subaru North based on their reputation for service after the sale. No regrets. More
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They will do whatever they can to reject any warranty work. Took my 2021 Subaru Ascent in to look at a rear gate issue. Dealt with David Soliz i They will do whatever they can to reject any warranty work. Took my 2021 Subaru Ascent in to look at a rear gate issue. Dealt with David Soliz in their service center who took the car in for evaluation. I waited over an hour at the dealership for them to come back and say they would have to contact Subaru's warranty department to get the work approved. Also due to the misalignment of the gate there is a nonstop beeping in the car that they would not be able to fix. They made the claim that the car had been in an accident and there were clear signs that the bumper was painted. As far as I can see there is no evidence of a paint job, and I am positive that nothing on the car has ever been painted since I have owned it and has never been in an accident. Based on this inaccurate evaluation the warranty claim was rejected. When Mr. David Soliz called me back to tell me this he would not provide a number or email so that I could contact Subaru to start an appeal process. He said I could find it on the Subaru website. When I asked if he could provide any contact information he said he would look it up for me and then hung up and I never received a call back. Very poor customer service. Could not recommend them less. More

It's always a pleasure to bring my 2020 Subaru Ascent in for servicing. All the personnel I've met are very customer-focused and friendly. They always inform me of the condition of my car, and tell me thing for servicing. All the personnel I've met are very customer-focused and friendly. They always inform me of the condition of my car, and tell me things to watch out for in the future, such as probable time to need new tires. They also usually offer to wash my car. The agents also look out for each other's customers, stepping in if they can to keep the process moving if my agent is tied up. More
