Our Salesperson Brian was great, but Amir the GM of sales is the worst and treated us terribly. I had a simple question about pre qualifying for a car and then he proceeded to explain to me how I would n is the worst and treated us terribly. I had a simple question about pre qualifying for a car and then he proceeded to explain to me how I would never be able to afford a car when that was utterly false. He was horribly rude and when we told him we didn’t like the way he was treated us he told us to go elsewhere. He also called me and attempted to rather aggressively get me to agree to the price of the car over the phone. Not sure why Amir was hired but he has terrible customer service and not a very good person. More
