They knowingly sold me a defective vehicle, a vehicle that started having issues the moment, I left the lot. I have been buying vehicles for nearly a decade and not once did i have issues with a used car that started having issues the moment, I left the lot. I have been buying vehicles for nearly a decade and not once did i have issues with a used car not less than 1 month of purchase. Mind you this car has the fewest mileage of any car I have previously purchased. I've bought from Sterling McCall, Maick Haik and not once did i have anyone sell me a defective vehicle. I would have pursued legal action but the Texas lemon law doesn't apply to the vehicle cos it's past 60000 miles More
The diagnostic process was frustratingly unclear, leaving me with unanswered questions about the issues my vehicle was experiencing. Despite being a Costco member entitled to discounts on parts and labor, th me with unanswered questions about the issues my vehicle was experiencing. Despite being a Costco member entitled to discounts on parts and labor, the service center failed to honor this benefit. Even after the general manager, Jonny, approved the discount, it appears the service manager overrode the decision. This disparity in authority is concerning and suggests a lack of consistency in customer service practices. This isn't the first time I've encountered such issues at this service center. Approximately six months ago, when my vehicle's A/C system required repair, a similar situation unfolded. Initially, the service center hesitated to apply the Costco discount until I reached out to Costco directly and was assured that it should be honored. This recurring problem indicates a systematic issue rather than a one-off mistake. Moreover, my interactions with the service consultants were deeply unsatisfactory. Not only were they unable to provide clear explanations about the services performed, but their behavior was also unprofessional and evasive. For instance, one consultant initially claimed that a tire rotation had been completed, but when questioned further about which tires had been moved to which wheels, suddenly backtracked and admitted that no such service had been carried out. This inconsistency raises suspicions of attempted overcharging and deceitful practices. To add to the frustration, I was billed for an oil change, yet I'm now left doubting whether this service was actually executed. Furthermore, when I attempted to voice my concerns and seek clarification, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. The response, or lack thereof, to my complaints is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the service center's commitment to customer satisfaction. In summary, the repeated failures to uphold the Costco discount, coupled with the lack of transparency and professionalism exhibited by the service consultants, leave me deeply dissatisfied with the service center's performance. Such practices are not only a disservice to me as a customer but also tarnish the reputation of the Gillman Company. Immediate action is needed to rectify these issues and restore trust in the service provided. More
The sales department at Gillman Nissan dealership in Rosenberg, Texas made false statements and conspired to manipulate and defraud me in an unlawful manner that is conceived "legally unlawful" in secti Rosenberg, Texas made false statements and conspired to manipulate and defraud me in an unlawful manner that is conceived "legally unlawful" in section 17.46 of the "Unfair Trade Practices Act" during the sale of a new vehicle. Under Texas law, by the Texas U.S. Attorney's Office, the dealership conducted and committed unlawfully deceptive trade practices of at least 4 codes of the 34 codes listed in the consumer protection division of the Texas Unlawful Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The primary purpose of the Consumer Protection Division is to protect consumers from false, misleading and deceptive trade practices that a business uses to confuse or create unconscionable actions and breaches during any and all trades or commerce in the state of Texas for consumers. "In Sec. 17.46. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES UNLAWFUL. (a) False, misleading, or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce are hereby declared unlawful and are subject to action by the consumer protection division under Sections 17.47, 17.58, 17.60, and 17.61 of this code." The Dealership salesman, "Josh" and the finance officer that conducted the sale of the vehicle, both made false promises of adding accessories to the vehicle that would be included in the financing of the vehicles total price. The dealership salesman "Josh" also made a promise and commitment to include "All Weather Floor Mats" for the vehicle for free because of my birthday. The All Weather Floor Mats were never received and the accessories parts were not supplied or installed on the vehicle. The dealership created a finance contract that I signed the day I took delivery of the vehicle, in which the total sales amount, total number of payments, total amount of each payment, and the interest rate of the financing all had been changed. From the time that I had signed it and agreed to the contract, to the time that the finance company had finally contacted me. These are stated facts and truths that are proven and backed up by the letters and text's that were received by the purchaser directly from the dealership and finance company prior to and after taking possession of the vehicle. In the following weeks after taking possession of the vehicle the finance company mailed documentation that requested that I sign a different financial contract for the vehicle. This different financial contract included; a different total sales price, a different total number of payments, a different total amount of each payment, and a different finance rate that caused all of the factors to be increased in the amounts calculated for the contract. The finance company wanted me to sign a new contract but I have refused. It is perceived by the facts presented that the dealership was not in direct contact with the finance company during the sale of this vehicle in which, the dealership made commitments of including accessory parts and labor needed for installation of the accessories to the vehicle that would all be included in the total price of the financing. The false promises, untrue statements and commitments that were not honored at the dealership, by the dealership personnel were a direct violation of the codes listed in the "Unfair Trade Practices Act" at the time of sale or commerce which were a direct result to the sale or commerce of the vehicle. I signed GAP Insurance for the vehicle at the dealership and when I asked the finance company about that agreement they were unsure. They have still not produced a signed copy of the financial agreement? But they have removed the finance contract that increased everything!? So right now I don't see my documentation for financing but they added the document to the website for the GAP insurance a few days ago. My recommendation; DO NOT under any circumstance use this dealership!! Sterling Nissan has a much better service department. More
To Aldo Cortez , I wanted to bring to your attention the complaints I have in the service department 1 ~ I took it for a oil change and the casket wasn’t put on right my Suv was leaking many oil in my gara complaints I have in the service department 1 ~ I took it for a oil change and the casket wasn’t put on right my Suv was leaking many oil in my garage I took it back and they left the gasket loose they fix it . 2 ~I took for the air condition filter and they forgot to put one and my suv was leaking water inside they also forgot to put the bolts on . 3 - my husband too his truck a Nissan Titan 2015 for tire rotation and they broke the bolts . I had to buy new ones . Then I stop for months I try giving another dealer a chance that was Sterling Nissan I took it for a recall and oil change and I almost got killed in the freeway they forgot to tighten the bolts on one tire . They gave me a free oil change for me almost getting killed because off loose bolts . I went back to Gillman Nissan because the steering wheel kept shaking and they said it was tire rotation they did the tire rotation and it kept doing the same . The manager suggested that I change the sensors on the tires that it was bad. So I spoke to someone above he suggested to check the tires again and yes they were all numbers off they did another tire rotation and it was the tires . Someone didn’t do the tire rotation when I took it the first time. The problem was solved they also suggested to buy new tires now . So after all it was not the sensors of the tires . Know the windshield washer turns on the manager without inspecting it said it was the sensor to change it . He also said I didn’t have Warrenty which I do . Know I don’t trust non of your people in service. For making me waste money and time . Please get in contact with me asp to fix this issues in the service department before I go forward. More
Deceptive, Inconsiderate, and downright dishonest. My experience with Gillman of Fort Bend. Drove 174 from Liberty Hill, TX to purchase Stock# 0ET0060A a 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited list on Carg My experience with Gillman of Fort Bend. Drove 174 from Liberty Hill, TX to purchase Stock# 0ET0060A a 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited list on Carguru and Gillmans website at $22,981 called ahead and spoke with Ismail Butler, who confirmed the online price and texted me additional pictures. I advised I would be traveling in from the Austin area a 2-1/2hr trip each way to see, drive, and purchased the vehicle if all was as advertised and the car was In acceptable condition. Arrived at 5:47pm and met Ismail, did the walk around and then test drove the vehicle. Identified a few things that needed attention (scrap on the passenger side front tint, broken trim on drivers seat, dented molding on passenger front seat, and incorrectly installed splash shield to the lower fascia) but overall the car was acceptable for the price. Talked it over with the lady and she agreed so we were ready to move forward with the purchase. We came pre approved with our own financing ready to buy with no trade in, just a straight purchase. We told Ismail we agreed to purchase and that’s where it all went wrong. First we were told/sold about Gillmans Lifetime Engine Warranty that was clearly advertised on the vehicles windshield by a flyer affixed, however upon reading the fine print the warranty does not extend to vehicles older than 5 years and/or over 80k miles. So even though it was clearly advertised on the car the warranty did not apply as the model year was a 2017 and the mileage was just shy of 82k miles. Deceptive advertising. Ismail then went to the finance department to get the summarized numbers for us to agree to before the formal contract was drawn up. After waiting for financing he came back with the numbers and a flyer for a protection plan. The numbers tacked on roughly an additional $2500 on top of the advertised price on the mentioned protection plan. Ismail told us this protection was already added to the vehicle and included a window film protection, wheel lugnut locks, and nitrogen filled tires… I immediately declined to pay this as 1, it wasn’t in the advertised price of the vehicle, 2 it wasn’t any service I asked for, needed, or wanted, 3 the vehicle clearly has scraps in the passenger side glass completely through the tint onto the glass which we pointed out to Ismail upon the walk through, 4 the costs of $2500 was not only hidden until this point but also highly obscene in comparison to the costs of these items/services if purchased privately (window tint is about $500 for the entire car, a set of 4 wheel locks for Toyota is about $35-$50 online, and nitrogen fill is FREE with our Costco membership). We were then asked to sign/initial the summary stating we would purchase the vehicle if finance removed the roughly $2500 in fees and got the original deal back to advertised price, tax, title, reg. We did, and Ismail we back to Financing, at this point we felt deceived and hit with a bait and switch but waited on Ismail. Eventually he came back and started discussing us splitting the fee or meeting them in the middle, which I again declined, and told him we would just be going home as we felt we were misled and the added hidden fee was a slap in the face after spending $80 in diesel and 2-1/2 hours driving for the vehicle. Ismail went back to finance l then returned and asked me to come to finance to discuss the fee, I declined as I felt there was nothing to discuss short of the fee being removed and the dealership honoring the pricing they advertised. As we were leaving Ismail returned with a person from Finance who made a bad situation worse, as he stated the he had other people willing to pay the fee and Finance through the Gillman versus self financing. He also stated that the advertised price was a “pricing strategy” and then told us “sorry you wasted your time” adding insult to injury. Another $80 in diesel, 2-1/2hrs back, and babysitter fees. All to be slapped in the face by Gillman. More
I was charged $997 for something called Nitro Access NA. What is that? What I was told was it is charge they apply to all of their used vehicles...its for tinted windows, wheel locks and nitros in the t NA. What is that? What I was told was it is charge they apply to all of their used vehicles...its for tinted windows, wheel locks and nitros in the tires. Funny how my Mustang had none of these. Also, this charge is not on my original contract. The dealership refunded this charge to me after I threatened a lawsuit, I'm more than willing to post a photo of the refund check issued to me. Tracy Gillman...you should be ashmed...your father was not a deviant like these folks in Rosenburg. I am leaving a 5-star rating to make sure people actually see this post. I was sold a 2016 Mustang with the promise this vehicle had never been wrecked. I was told it was a trade in. Lie, lie, lie. It was purchased at Hobby Auto Auction. It was owned by Enterprise Rent A Car. I specifically told Johnny, the used car manager that I would never purchase a previous rental vehicle. He lied. I have the proof and the photos of damage on my car. Stay tuned people....much more to post. Have you been screwed by Gillman, email me at waytogogillman@yahoo.com. So Tracy Gillman, there was a demand letter sent by my attorney to your dealership about the sale of this vehicle Unless you want this letter to be posted here, you need to call me. You have 48 hours to respond. Check your emails, I could not get past your demon of a secretary. More

I had my custom floor mats stolen during an oil change. I was ridiculed when I complained. No one not even the manager was willing to do anything about it. This is the second time I’ve had something sto I was ridiculed when I complained. No one not even the manager was willing to do anything about it. This is the second time I’ve had something stolen out of my vehicle during servicing. I made sure that I removed all of my personal items before I brought my vehicle in. Falsely Advertised Price/typical bait and switch. Vehicle was clearly advertised online, multiple websites as $25,995. Upon arrival and negotiation, they had added $2200 for “market adjustment” and another $ was clearly advertised online, multiple websites as $25,995. Upon arrival and negotiation, they had added $2200 for “market adjustment” and another $2450 for tinted windows, nitrogen filled tires and fees. The car did not even have tinted windows nor nitrogen tires. This was a used vehicle btw. I had completed the online trade evaluation from their website. From there my trade in was evaluated between $8500-$9300. I did not tell them I had done the online evaluation. When the negotiations started they offered $3500 for my trade. What a joke. They stated they used JD Power trade valuations but yet the website uses KBB for your trade evaluation. What a scam. What I’m most upset about is the additional add on for “market adjustment” and additional $2450 In options the vehicle didn’t even have. Had the advertised the full price with their erroneous dealer adds and market adjustment, I never would have driven 45 minutes to even look at the vehicle. Do not WASTE your time with online advertised price because it’s falsely advertised much lower than what they are going to try actually sell it for. More
